Two to three weeks for a website, six to ten for an application. The date is in the quote and it holds; if the scope changes along the way, the date is renegotiated with it.
By bank transfer, against an invoice. We go through the terms in the first conversation — we try to fit around what suits you, and it usually is not a problem.
You do. On handover you get the source code and the credentials to the domain, the database and the hosting. Nothing is locked inside a platform you cannot leave.
Static sites on the Cloudflare edge network, so they load just as fast from anywhere. Applications with data on our own server, next to the database. Both can be moved to you.
Yes. Hosting, backups and monitoring are a flat fee from 500 CZK a month. Further work is agreed separately and quoted up front, the same way the project is. The flat fee is not compulsory — if you would rather run it yourself, we hand it over.

For a website, no. With no third-party script and no tracking there is nothing to ask consent for — so the banner that drives visitors away is gone, and so is the worry around it. This page is the proof: no JavaScript at all, and it still switches theme and language. For an application with accounts it depends on what it collects, and we say so up front.
